Justine Mehlman Antiques is  a small  business located in Georgetown, on the same block as  The Four Seasons Hotel. We have been established in Georgetown since 1983, however, we have been collecting antique and period jewelry and decorative art since 1967, the year we moved to London. After spending ten years in London actively collecting antique and period jewelry, furniture, fine and decorative art, we moved to Brussels for about three and a half years where we were exposed to, and collected wonderful Art Deco and Art Nouveau jewelry and decorative arts. Upon our return to the United States in 1980 we made collections for Saks Fifth Avenue, during the 1980s at the following locations: Chevy Chase MD, Costa Mesa, Beverly Hills, and San Francisco CA, Boston, MA, Hackensack NJ.

We have guest lectured at the Smithsonian on the The Arts and Crafts Movement, How to Identify Good, Better and the Best Examples of Antique Jewelry, and Investing in Antique Jewelry.

We moved into our current Georgetown location in 1990. It is our desire to sell beautiful, high quality jewelry that is wearable and in excellent condition.
