V0142: A Retro 18k gold, diamond and ruby watch brooch featuring prong set diamonds in white gold decorated with mille graining around the shell of the turtle. A secret compartment  is opened by pressing down on the turtle¹s head revealing a small watch. The brooch measures approximately 2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Circa 1945
